Somewhere along the way. someone told me that we never own our LP's. We just hold them for the next generation.  When I pick up a '50's Mercury Living Presence or an RCA shaded dog, I wonder about the people who got enjoyment from them in years past. 
Forget the measurements, are your toes tapping???

Yeah! I love buying used records for that reason. They have a history. A fellow music lover from the past.
