Laptop power noise resolved
« on: September 15, 2013, 05:14:37 PM »
Interesting so I'm listening to my new DAC and really enjoying it for the past week. And last night I hear an electrical whine noise. I check it out today and it is caused by the laptop power transformer. When I run off battery it is dead quiet but when i plug in the power adaptor you can hear a faint noise. So I just make sure I'm powered up before listening, Anyone else notice this when running a laptop?
