From the videos I have seen about making graphene, might be as simple as coating a wire with a thin graphite paste and then hitting it with a laser. The way they did with using a DVD player, but just a handheld unit. Since the two will be in parallel, the one with the lowest resistance and inductance will prevail, where the capacitance will still depend on spacing.Might be a fun project to try as a start.
Sounds like a good application would be the battery terminals for Gary Dodd's battery preamp or buffer if someone has one.
