Bob, yes the new room is bigger and sounds much better. No more bass problems.
The Zu's sound really good in the new room but, I wanted speakers that hopefully I can enjoy into retirement. The Hornings are also SET friendly and have great refinement and musicality.

Did you get a good deal on the speakers? Don't tell me you actually spent $36K??? How many hours did you spend listening to them.. comparing them to say $10K speakers or even used.
And to say they are for retirement is silly. There will be other speakers.. ;)
Its cool ndude.

Still loving my Druids now with 400+ hours, really sounding better.  They LOVE my OTL amp, at least that is what my ears are telling me.  Good luck selling them.

Mike, no I didn't pay that price! Those retail numbers are just numbers manufacturers throw out there.
I bought them from a person (the guy is well off) on Audiogon. He waited 8 months for them to be built so, he moved on to Avantgarde horns. They are brand new and I got a very good deal.

I said hopefully into retirement.😉 If I sell later on I'll break even or take a little loss.
