I recieved a pair of these yesterday and i am running them in my Purity Audio Basis Plus linestage. These are extremely well made and with almost 60 hours burn in including the 30 hrs run time at the factory they are really awesome sounding tubes      I also have a Quad of Black Treasure KT66-Z coming soon  :thumb:

Their KT88-Z are also excellent.
I have some Pavane 12AU7 and 12AX7 coming which are suppose to be wonderful also coming from the same tube plant.
We have been thinking about a 300B amp with the CV181-Z as driver. :thumb:

Hi Bunky:

I owned a pair of the CV181-Z's and in fact they were my last pair of 6SN7's I ran in the ModWright Transporter prior to selling it.  These tubes bested the famed Tung-Sol Round Plates in my system.

Enjoy!
