Anther helpful tidbit... if you host squeeze center on a dedicated PC, you might want to look at setting up a static IP on your router for your PC.
I was getting annoyed when I'd either have a forced reboot from windows after some update, or an extensive power outage causing the PC to shut down... ultimately a new IP address would get assigned, and I would have to figure out where the hell in the SB3 settings was the IP address for the server.
Once I set up a static IP for the PC, the vast majority of my annoyances went away.
