I went over to Ed's house Christmas evening to spend some time and listenen to a pair of JBL's he had just picked up. I liked it so much imeaditely that we played the disc  twice..........Bill

Decent sound, strong and extended blowing (8 choruses on now's the time,) and Bird introducing the songs.

The club is the "Hi Hat," which was in South Boston 1953. My friend Herb Pomeroy (rip) is on trumpet.
