Self-Help / Re: Duelund Tinned PIO Caps
« Last post by Tam Lin on April 21, 2019, 04:23:01 PM »
I recently replaced the 0.47pf coupling caps in my 300B amps with Duelund tinned copper foil PIO. I was so impressed with the results I quickly replaced all the caps in my Trio crossovers. Money well spent. Now I'm working in the phono stage.

Christians, or members of any or no faith.  I hope all you a wonderful day and coming week.  No need to get offended or imposed upon here, just an honest hope for you

Spring is a time of rebirth and we need to keep in mind all of the new choices and chances we have when we leave the cave and look around and up.

I wish everyone here the best, a year of peace and thankfulness.

My new amp is coming, with LED powered feedback section. Maybe within the week the GB starts.

Kit or assembled? Price? Available specs?
Coolness.  You know I am always good for 2 pair.  Early bird savings, I'm sure ...

PCBs, but hopefully partial parts so that no one has to worry about stock.

Under 0.0006% distortion, no ICís prior to the chips that are slave to the feedback anyways. 100w+ (if you have a good sized transformer and heatsink). Extremely low memory distortion.

Most awesome.  There is something about a rainbow.

I missed your call earlier.  Our youngest (43) is here and we are catching up.  Portland is a long way away.  I'll give you a call tomorrow.  Be well, Dan.

Being a night owl,,, I HATE spring for it means longer hotter days, both of which I detest. For me, winter means longer nights to stay up listening to music and not feeling guilty that I'm not accomplishing something. I'll be missing that feeling for the next 6 months til my birth month of October arrives. But for now, it's sweating/bug bites/sweltering heat,,, and longer daylight time to endure through.

But it does have it's moments,,,  :thumb:

Cheers,
Robin
Great to see you, my friend.  Every year during the winter I go into my cave and end up missing talking and laughing to and with ya'll.

Blessings on this Easter day!
