Um.....I had a bunch of stuff I wanted to say but I'm not going to as those pictures say more than I ever could. I will ask a few questions instead.
Given a coconut is food and thus subject to a variety of import laws, when somebody imported one of these, would they have to declare one power cord and one coconut?
Based on the above, would it even get through customs?
What happens when the coconut starts to rot?
Do I send it in for a new and improved coconut or can I simply install a new coconut on my own?
Should I rub the cord down with coconut milk for added results? Is it ok to rub my cord this way?
Given the weight of a coconut, will they cover any potential damage to whatever piece of gear my coconut cord is used on? (I'm fairly sure the IEC end wont seat right)
Can I use two coconuts?
What if my dog starts to eat the coconut?
What if I eat the coconut?
If I put my ear to the coconut, what will I hear?
Does it also work as a room air freshener? (God knows I like the smell of coconut!)
I never thought it would be this much fun to post the word nut over and over again but dam once you get going, you cant stop!
Due to the extreme complexity of the products, the salary equals the one of a specialist surgeon which is around $500,000 annually. This is $170 per hour.
http://www.coconut-audio.com/pricing.htmIt takes a surgeon to drill a hole in a coconut? This falls under the "Shit you never knew" category. Where did this person go to school to learn this wonderful and exciting trade? At $500,000K a year, sign me up!
That was fun, but I'm done now. My wife went grocery shopping today and she came home with a monster watermelon and I need to drill a hole in that bugger and run a cord through it to see what shakes. If it doesn't work out, I will send it along to the coconut dude as maybe he can do something with it. At the very least, maybe he can have an American Pie moment with it.
I have now officially seen it all.....It will only be a matter of time before these are selling like mad on Audiogon. After all, people pay for phone calls and other shit that does nothing, why not a coconut?
