For my 300b amps, Horning Eufrodite, Voxativ 9.87 pi, and maybe Teresonic Ingeniums.

Damn those are some gorgeous names!!!

MikeofA, I heard F208s when they first came out, I liked them. Nothing stood out, no strong personality just playing music loud and clear. I was wary of the waveguide, the front ports, but it was OK. Good to know you still like your F206 after a while. I always wonder why there are so many Salon2 selling used on Agon. Is it just the normal churn of high end traders testing the next flavor of "the best?" I have read that people who have heard both like Studio2 better. The Salon does have a gigantic sonic presence I felt a little intimidated listening to it, playing a simple classic rock 70s ballad. Intense.

I've only ever heard 2 Maggies, MMG and Tympani both underpowered by very old tube amp designs. I am intrigued by the passion they ignite in people who love them. I'd like to hear it set up right. My wife doesn't like the look of the panels.

Vandy 5A Carbons. I liked the 5As but couldn't get past the metal tweeters.

Not that I could afford them.

If the 3A Sigs were available with the carbon tweeter, they would be speakers I'd be very interested in.

but they are big speakers and take up a lot of floor space.

I guess it's time to move to a bigger house

Very interesting. Another Sandy Gross company.  :thumb:

Although I'm not fond of D'Appolito arrays, the air motion tweeter will probably overcome my resistance.

Audio Breakthroughs in Manhasset is also a dealer. I owe them a visit I will now definitely make the next time I'm up.
